If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, the cancellation must be submitted in writing (via email or fax). The official cancellation date will be the date on which we receive the written notification.
Cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 4 weeks before arrival:
All payments made will be refunded in full. - Less than 4 weeks before arrival:
Payments made up to that point will be retained.
The security deposit, however, is always fully refundable, even in the case of cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation, we will actively attempt to secure a replacement guest for the same dates. If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund the payments made by the original guest, minus any difference between the original booking price and the price paid by the replacement guest.
