To secure a reservation, guests are required to make an initial payment of 50% of the total rental price. Once this payment is received, the selected dates will be officially reserved and the booking will be confirmed.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid four weeks prior to the check-in date.
If the reservation is made less than four weeks before arrival, the full rental amount (100%) must be paid at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation.
